How to use Bet Tokens
Select your Bet Token
Navigate to your bet slip and if your bet is eligible for a promotion, the Bet Token icon will appear in your bet slip.
Choose Bet Token
Select the desired Bet Token you wish to use from the tokens list. More than one Bet Token may appear here if your bet is eligible for more than one type, however only one Bet Token can be used per event.
Place Your Bet
Enter your stake and place your bet.
The details of the Bet Token used will appear in your ‘My Bets’.

Can I use multiple Bet Tokens on the same event?
No. Only one Bet Token can be used per event.
Do I need to select a Bet Token at the bet slip for all promotions?
Most promotions will require you to select the token at the bet slip to be eligible. There may be some promotions that will not.
If a promotion requires you to select a token, it will be clearly displayed on the promotions banner, promotions page and in the terms and conditions of the offer.
When do my Bet Backs expire?
Expiry periods of your Bet Tokens will vary depending on the type of promotion and the promotion period.
All Bet Tokens will have an expiry date which will be displayed next to your token in the bonus wallet. If your Bet Back is specific to an event, it will expire once the event commences.
I.e. There may be three Bet Tokens that can be used over a round of footy or one Bet Token to be used on a specific match.
Can I use my Bet Tokens over the phone?
Bet Tokens can only be used pre-game and online. They are not available to be used for phone bets.
What happens if I’ve used a Bet Token and my runner is scratched?
If you have used your Bet Token on a bet and your runner is a scratching, your token will be returned to you once the runner is officially scratched from the market.
What happens if the thoroughbred race I’ve used a Bet Token on has scratchings and falls under 8 runners?
If you have used a token and the number of runners falls under the required number of runners, the promotion will no longer be valid.
What happens if the runner which I've used a Bet Token on has been scratched?
If the runner you have used a Bet Token on is scratched, the Bet Back token will be returned to your wallet for use once the runner has been settled. If your Bet Token is not returned, it may mean that the runner is not settled from the market. In this case, please contact service and request that the runner is settled from the market.
Can I transfer my Bet Tokens to another account?
No, Bet Tokens are non-transferable and can only be used by the account holder.
