DEVILS I (2) has a moderate winning strike-rate but performed well last time at Pinjarra, finishing fourth and only a long neck from the winner at the end of 1300m after being prominent at the bend. Looks well placed so expect a big run this time. MAXWHOOSHTAPIN (3) tackled the mile for the first time last start in the LR Lex Piper Stakes at this track and after looking a winning chance halfway down the straight he finished out of the placings. Better for that run and faces an easier assignment this time. Should be poised just off the lead. Will give backers a great sight. YOUGIVEMECHILLS (5) turned in a modest performance when fifth last start over 1400m at Belmont Park, beaten 4 lengths after a good first-up win at Pinjarra. Best figures measure up so deserves another chance.
