TAKE THE RAP (5) finished 4.5 lengths from the winner in sixth last time out in the LR Fireball Stakes at Randwick over 1100m. Has a strong record at this trip, scoring four times from six starts. Drops back in grade. Sure to run well. PRETTY VEGAS (8) was prominent from the outset when second over 1010m at Moruya last time out. Will find this a little tougher but she should run well. STARLIGHT GIRL (4) missed the placings two runs back then improved last start but found a couple better over 1000m at this track, beaten only 1.5 lengths after being prominent at the bend. Suitably placed so anticipating another big run. FOURTH SPARGO (6) turned in a decent effort last start to finish third over 1000m at Nowra. Nicely placed to feature in the finish.
