MAHOGANY GIRL (13) scored by 2 lengths over 1300m at this track last start when fresh from a spell. Has a very good record here including three wins from five starts. Shapes as one to consider. WELL TIMED (2) returns after a spell of four-and-a-half months. Started the last campaign in good style when in the placings over 1100m at Randwick. Looks one of the genuine hopes in the race.
