COVERT WITNESS (6) finished out of the money two starts back then she got a long way back and was beaten 2.5 lengths when fourth in a 1400m contest at this track two weeks ago. Finds a nice race and can figure in the finish. AUGUSTA ROCK (1) resumed last start over 1200m at Clare and showed little early speed, settling well back but hitting the line hard to finish third, beaten 1.75 lengths. Must be included.
