WILBURY (5) was far from disgraced when fifth last start after being in the firing line on the turn over 1100m at Wellington, beaten 3 lengths. That followed a win at this track the start prior. Has started two times at this course and distance and is yet to miss the placings. Has the class to take care of this field. KATTEGAT (4) raced in town last time and missed the frame, finishing seventh at Warwick Farm and beaten 5 lengths. This is far easier. Should be in the finish. MAJOR TIME (6) did little and finished 6 lengths from the winner in seventh over 1000m at Canberra last start after being prominent at the turn, a less impressive effort than his fourth at Canberra the run before. Stepping up a level this time but on his best form he is capable of a big performance. NEVER FAILS (8) found the line nicely last start to get up for third over 1000m at Wagga. Should camp just off the leaders. Deserves respect on best figures.
