ODDONEOUT (1) was unplaced on turf over 1850m at Mt Barker two back then again couldn't find the top-three on the same surface last time out, finishing fifth over 1600m at Albany. Best form stacks up nicely. Can improve sharply. FRIES WITH THAT (2) improved last time out, finishing 3.5 lengths from the winner in third at the end of 1250m at Kojonup after being in contention on the bend. It doesn't get any easier but on his best form he is good enough to take this out. SILVER BO (5) did little and finished 9 lengths from the winner in ninth over 1190m at Narrogin last start, a less impressive effort than her eighth at Albany the run before. Won't find this as tough so she is set to turn things around. MAGICAL GEM (4) finished 11 lengths adrift in 14th last time over 1500m at Pinjarra in a disappointing performance. Finds a nice race and can atone.
