Meets some better types this time but he has the ability to test this field. THE ICE CUTTER (12) doesn't win out of turn but ran a strong race last time out over 1900m at Oakbank, finishing fourth and beaten 2.25 lengths when he worked home well. Suitably placed so anticipating a big run this time. SEAFARING (11) missed the placings first up recently but was not too far from the winner when fourth over 1400m at Oakbank. Will find this easier than last start. Capable of testing this field. WE'VE GOTTA DEEL (9) has a moderate winning strike-rate but performed well last time at this track, finishing second and only 0.7 lengths from the winner at the end of 1600m. Sure to be in the mix.
