CHARTWELL (1) turned in a eye-catching run over 1000m at this track last start when he got back but wound up hard to finish a close second. Look for another barnstorming finish. MISSISSIPPI ALIBI (12) was a long way back last start but hit the line well to finish fourth, beaten 5.5 lengths, over 1250m at Cairns. Should be doing best work late. FALLGUY (4) was strongly fancied last start but couldn't deliver, beaten 9 lengths into sixth over 1460m at Home Hill after being in contention on the corner. Finds a tougher race but a big run is on the cards. PELSAERT (6) was beaten 3 lengths into fifth at the second run back from a break in a 1200m contest at this track last time out. Nicely placed to find some form.
