Finds a nice race and can figure in the finish. AUREATE (5) doesn't win out of turn, scoring just once from 14 starts. Was again denied last start when he found a couple better over 1300m at Avoca. Suitably placed so anticipating a big run. SUPER SNITCH (2) missed the placings two runs back then did well last start but found a couple better over 1300m at Warrnambool, beaten only 0.9 lengths. Looks well placed so expect another big run. THE DAILY PLANET (4) has been freshened up since finishing eighth over 1600m at Terang. Kept up to the mark with a recent Ararat trial placing. Worth including in calculations.
