DARCEANDERMILL (2) returned from a spell a month ago when he was beaten 2 lengths into fourth over 1000m at Cranbourne. Ideally placed and is sure to take plenty of stopping. STAR OF IDA (9) is back from a spell of 11 weeks. Closed last prep with a seventh, beaten 5.5 lengths, over 1170m at Wangaratta. One of the main contenders.
