ALYAQUT (1) is usually thereabouts but finds it hard to win, with only one victory from 10 starts. Was again denied last start when she found a couple better over 1600m at Fontainebleau. Best figures measure up nicely. Makes plenty of appeal. ROSE ACADEMY (6) turned in a decent effort last start to finish second over 1400m at Le Mans. Finds a tougher race but she has the talent to test this line-up. JOYCE GALESTE (14) missed the placings two starts back when resuming then ran a better race and finished 2.75 lengths away in seventh last time out over 1800m at Le Croisé-Laroche. Meeting a tougher field but on her best form she is capable of testing her rivals. CHANEL GOLD (2) resumed over 1500m at Marseille Vivaux last start and was too good for her rivals, scoring by a head. Open to plenty of improvement and is among the better chances.
