PALMARIAN (7) has not raced since his debut back on October 5 when he finished fourth over 1400m at Newmarket (Rowley). Will improve and looks well placed. HONVED (4) ran well on debut last start to finish second over 1400m at Wolverhampton in a tougher race. Promising type with improvement to come so he should pay to follow. FORTY YEARS ON (11) did a fair job on debut last time out, finishing 0.8 lengths from the winner in third over 1400m at Chelmsford. Must be included among the main hopes. CRIMINAL SHORE (1) resumes from a spell of four-and-a-half months. Could only manage to finish fourth at the latest run over 1400m at Newcastle All Weather. Solid top-three hope.
