COOLMEEN ROYAL (9) made progress last time out, finishing 6 lengths from the winner in second at the end of 1200m at Marseille-Borely. Must raise the bar but a win is not out of the question. SHAMASUN (12) had been racing well with three consecutive placings before last start managing only sixth over 1300m at Chantilly All Weather. Backmarker who keeps coming. Will prove hard to hold out. ABRASSO (11) finished fourth over 1300m at Chantilly All Weather when resuming last start, beaten only 1.5 lengths. Fitter and sure to run well. INVIOLABLE SPIRIT (6) finished fifth over 1300m at Deauville All Weather at his most recent appearance on December 19. Sure to make his presence felt.
