Has good early toe so he should be handy in the run. Best figures should see him run well. MIYABI MORTAR (9) started at $3.20 last time but could only manage fourth, beaten 5 lengths, at this track over 1200m. Winning rider Akira Harita stays aboard. Should be hard to stop. PANDEIRO (2) finished third two runs back at Urawa then improved last time out to score by a nose over 1500m at Urawa. Suitably placed so anticipating another big run. MARUHIRO KNIGHT (4) did a great job to score by 2 lengths over this course and distance last start in a far better effort. Likely to be there at the finish again.
