LAVIRCA DODVILLE (2) finished 4 lengths away in 11th last time out over 2100m at Saint-Cloud two-and-a-half weeks ago. Steps up in journey today. Settles back early but winds up late. Will prove hard to hold out. BAKHCHISARAY (5) ran below expectations last time at Chantilly All Weather, finishing fifth and beaten 2.25 lengths starting at $6.30. Beautifully placed and is sure to play a major role. PLAIN BEAU (3) missed the placings when resuming two runs back then didn't do any better last start when 5.5 lengths away in seventh over 2100m at Saint-Cloud. Worth noting Thomas Trullier goes aboard. Best efforts measure up so worth another chance.
