CHARLIE MASON (7) fought on for second last start over 1200m at Southwell All Weather, making it two minor placings in a row. Well placed this line-up and there is no reason he cannot find winning ways. NORTHCLIFF (5) well in the market lately and has gone close without winning, including a last start fourth at Wolverhampton. Rates as a place chance.
