MISS FLADGATE (7) made a promising debut over 1100m at Te Aroha on 4/01/2025, finishing half a length away in second and has not been produced since. Will be better for that experience so she should be in the finish again. SISTER CYNANE (5) has not raced since she finished second over 1000m at Taupo on September 20. Credentials hard to knock. FIRST UP (6) is racing well including a last start ninth over 1400m at Pukekohe. Must be respected. XPLORER (4) finished out of the money on debut two starts back then he was never in contention and was beaten 16 lengths when seventh in a 1200m contest at New Plymouth Raceway three-and-a-half weeks ago. Looks well placed so expect a big run this time.
