Saluted two starts back in a maiden hurdle (3000m) at Wincanton then was in the money again last time, beaten 4 lengths into third in a hurdle (3050m) at Wincanton. Ideally placed to bounce back to winning form. JOHN BARBOUR (5) missed the placings in a bumper (3170m) at Huntingdon two back then did a better job to wind-up second in a hurdle (3200m) at Ludlow last time out. Certainly worth another chance in this suitable contest. I PLAY COUNTY (2) was very good when returning from a layoff most recently, scoring by 0.8 lengths in a maiden hurdle (3200m) at Southwell. Expecting further improvement. RENE'S WALK (6) returned from a layoff last time out in a bumper (3200m) at Warwick, finishing fourth when partnered by today's jockey Harry Skelton. Will come on from that run and is worth considering.
