LA BOTTE (6) turned in a good effort on debut five-and-a-half months ago when 1.75 lengths away in third at Kempton Park All Weather over 1400m. Has not been to the races since that outing. Likely improver and expected to play a major role. FRANKINI (3) was close to a maiden win before a six months break, finishing off with a placing over 1400m at Newmarket (Rowley). Expect he has come on over the break. Hard to beat if back in good order as anticipated. CALLIANASSA (1) improved last time out, finishing 1.3 lengths from the winner in second at the end of 1400m at Lingfield All Weather. Finds an easier assignment and can take the next step and salute.
