APACHE ANNE (5) finished out of the money two starts back then was beaten 5.5 lengths when seventh over 2000m at Matamata two weeks ago. Finds a more suitable contest and can take this out. DIVINE ESSENCE (9) finished third at New Plymouth Raceway two runs back but didn't measure up last time over 1800m at Taupo, finishing 9 lengths back in seventh. Nicely placed to make amends. GILLIAN (8) broke her maiden last start over 2100m at this track, scoring by 1.75 lengths. Re-unites with Joe Doyle who was on board last start. This is tougher but she cannot be underestimated. VISTOWN (6) saluted two runs ago then turned in a nice run last time out when seventh over 2100m at Ellerslie, beaten one length. Worth another chance.
