KLIFF BERE (3) is back from a spell of four months. Scored a determined win at his final run last campaign at Deauville All Weather over 2500m. Yet to win first up but generally runs well with two minor placings from four tries. Should be hard to stop. THE GOOD MAN (5) finished 2.25 lengths away in fourth last time out over 2700m at Chantilly All Weather when fresh from a spell. Tackles a longer journey this time. Record at this track is strong. Should be thereabouts. CASSIUS (2) turned in a fair run when returning from a break last start over 2700m at Chantilly All Weather, finishing 4 lengths from the winner in fifth. Has a very strong record at this course with two wins from four starts. Stiffer assignment here but is among the better hopes.
