SALLEY GARDENS (3) could only manage to finish fifth 28 days back in a hurdle (4800m) at Taunton. That result followed a solid second in a hurdle (4140m) at Huntingdon two starts ago. Cannot be dismissed. STRINGTOYOURBOW (4) comes here off a solid third 43 days back in a steeplechase (3880m) at Wetherby. That result followed another minor placing in a steeplechase (4090m) at this track the run before. Hard to knock the recent efforts.
