THE DOYEN CHIEF (4) did fairly well when he finished third in a steeplechase (4300m) at Market Rasen two runs back. Franked that form when just 4 lengths away in third last time out in a steeplechase (3850m) at Exeter. Likely to be thereabouts. MOUNT GAY RUN (8) has been mixing his form this prep over the jumps. In the placings when resuming in a LR (3220m) at Sandown Park then finished 16 lengths from the winner last time in fourth in a maiden hurdle (4060m) at Cheltenham. Will be tough to beat. JUPITER ALLEN (6) has not been a factor of late. Two starts ago missed the placings in a steeplechase (4840m) at Sandown Park. Most recently he failed to complete the course in a steeplechase (4850m) at Exeter.
