Recent form suggests a big run is on the cards. LA HIGUERA (3) resumes from a spell of five months. Raced just the once last preparation, finishing fifth in a maiden hurdle (3800m) at Fontwell Park. Worth plenty of thought. STONE'S THROW (4) finished fourth two back in a maiden hurdle (3800m) at Taunton then again missed out in a hurdle (4200m) at Ludlow last start. No surprise to see him back in form. BARRY FIFE (1) is yet to land a glove in two runs this prep, both on the flat. Resumed with a fifth over 3200m then finished 15 lengths adrift over 3200m at Southwell 40 days ago. Will find this more to his liking.
