SILKY JET (3) First up after 9 weeks and nice run when 3rd first up last preparation around here. Racing for a new trainer but back to a shorter trip. Can go on with it. TIME FOR CHARITY (4) Came in 7th last time at Turffontein. Looking past the last run but rising in weight. Will be around the mark at odds. THUNDERBIRD (1) Average effort when 10th last start at this venue but facing a rise in trip. Expecting to settle positively. Gavin Lerena and Dianne Stenger have shared plenty of success together. Must respect in this event. PERINI PALACE (6) Came in 4th last time at Turffontein and bit of extra work to do with more weight. Has the necessary speed to overcome the wide draw. Must respect.
