DOUGLAS DC (1) knuckled down strongly to get within 1.3 lengths of the winner in third last start over 2400m at this track. Should be poised just off the lead. Will give a great sight. DISQUIETUDE (10) could only manage fourth two runs back then improved last start but found a couple better over 2400m at this track, beaten 2 lengths. Looks well placed so expect another big run. AVARICE (5) improved sharply last time out to score by 1.75 lengths over 2400m at Lingfield All Weather eight days ago. Likely to be there at the finish again.
