MONTJEUIFY (4) finished out of the money two starts back then he was never in contention and was beaten 3.5 lengths when fourth in a 1400m contest at Cranbourne three-and-a-half weeks ago. Rose Hammond gets the best out of this five-year-old gelding. Has the ability to find the winners' list. DARTS DALY (7) started at $10 last time and ran below expectations, finishing ninth and beaten 4 lengths at Sandown-Hillside over 1400m after being in contention on the turn. Finds a suitable assignment and can turn things around. CATALINA BLACK CAT (9) will find this a little easier after missing the frame in town last time, finishing sixth over 1250m at Morphettville Parks. Can do much better this time. WILD WILLY (6) is third up today. Turned in a better run last time when third, beaten 0.6 lengths, at Mt Gambier over 1200m. Settles back early but winds up late. Can feature in the finish.
