Excels at the beginning of her campaigns with two wins from two starts so a bright return looks on the cards. BLACK ON BEAUTY (6) has not appeared since she finished 13th over 1100m in the LR Goldmarket Hcp at Gold Coast on January 24. Has recorded three wins when first up from a break. Comes here with definite claims. HURTS SO GOOD (7) did a great job to score by half a length over this course and distance last start in a far better run. Looks well placed so expect another big run. THE INFLICTOR (4) comes here off a break of three-and-a-half months. Worth noting he filled a minor placing when returning from a spell last prep over 1000m at this track. Yet to win first up but generally runs well with three minor placings from three tries. Among the better hopes.
