BAKERSBEND (1) wound up strongly last time out to finish half a length adrift in second over 1200m at Sandown-Lakeside. Settles back early but winds up late. Will prove hard to hold out. BANYAN JENNI (6) wound up strongly at the end of 1008m at Sale last time out, finishing 0.8 lengths away in third. Should be at her peak so she will prove tough to beat. WILD DANCER (5) wasn't far away on debut last start over 1008m at Sale, finishing fourth and beaten 2.75 lengths. One of the main contenders. FLORINA REGION (8) is a daughter of Pariah out of Devoirs having her first start. Ran fifth in a trial at Caulfield Heath over 800m with today's rider Jordan Childs aboard. Worth keeping safe.
