GREGARIOUS (9) is a distance specialist who did little and finished 15 lengths from the winner in 12th over 1700m at Gold Coast last start after being in contention on the bend, a less impressive effort than his fourth at Lismore the run before. Has a good record at this course and distance, including three wins. Has the talent to take this out. BETTER YET (12) was safely held last time when she dropped out to finish ninth at Port Macquarie but down in the weights today. Rates among the hopes on best form.
