AURORA BOREALIS (11) looked good at his only appearance four months ago over 1500m at Deauville All Weather, finishing third and beaten 4.5 lengths. Will be better for that race experience and should feature in the finish. ASTON CLINTON (9) stepped out on his debut over 1600m at this track a week-and-a-half ago and finished seventh, beaten 3 lengths. Will take a lot from that last run and is worth following up. FRANCISCANO (4) finished third last time over 1200m at Fontainebleau when resuming from a spell, beaten 1.75 lengths. Nicely placed to play a major role.
