SCANDALIZE (2) is yet to break through after four career starts. Managed to find the placings at Otaki two starts back before finishing ninth over 1600m at Otaki last time. Can break through in this suitable contest. BLACK SEA (3) debuted two weeks ago when he finished sixth over 1400m at this track, beaten 1.5 lengths. Will improve and looks well placed. PORT CHALMER (1) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 1600m at Otaki, beaten 2 lengths into fifth. Has his share of ability. Hard to beat in this suitable race. HONOKA (6) ran a better race last start at her second appearance, finishing second over 1650m at this track. Fitter and among the chances.
