Worth noting Callum Shepherd goes aboard. Has her share of ability. Hard to beat again in this suitable race. PORT NOIR (4) progressed nicely last time out to finish just 0.8 lengths from the winner in third over 1700m at this track. Best figures measure up. Sure to run well. DASH POWER (6) was sent out favourite but could only finish fourth over 1400m at Southwell All Weather last time. Prior to that had been racing well, collecting two minor placings on end. Should be prominent from the low draw. One to consider. RIVER ALWEN (2) produced a better run last start at the second run of the prep, beaten 1.75 lengths into fourth over 1600m at Lingfield All Weather. Nicely placed to find some form.
