A POUND OF SALT (3) progressed nicely last start when he made late ground to finish a close third over 1250m at Canterbury after missing the placings at the previous appearance. Has the class to find the winners' list. ROSES IMMINENTE (6) returned from a spell three weeks ago when she was beaten 3.5 lengths into seventh over 1250m at Canterbury. Strips fitter and can find the winners' list. MORE THAN A STAR (1) fought on for third last start over 1200m at Grafton, making it three minor placings in a row. Nicely placed to give this a mighty shake. NIPPER BEE (5) ran below expectations last time at Walcha over 1200m, finishing sixth and beaten 3.5 lengths. Better than the last run and is a top-three hope.
