KOSUKE (8) showed little early speed last start and failed to come on in the straight when 18th, beaten 17 lengths, over 2400m in the G1 ATC Australian Derby at Randwick. Perfectly placed and is sure to prove tough to beat. CAMPALDINO (4) built on a nice second two starts back at this track with a win as public elect over 2100m at Orange two weeks ago, getting home by 1.5 lengths. Suitably placed so anticipating another big run. FUN SUNDAY (7) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 2200m at Warwick Farm, beaten 3.5 lengths into fifth after being in contention on the turn. Looks well placed so expect a big run this time. CASUAL CONNECTION (2) showed good early dash last time out and led for most of the way before being claimed and finishing 1.2 lengths away in third over 2200m at Warwick Farm. Sure to run boldly again.
