HIGH CLASS ROLLER (6) showed good early dash and led throughout to score by 0.7 lengths last time out over 1590m at Ballina. Should measure up again. THE KHAN (5) showed good early speed and raced on the pace last start before fading to finish eighth, beaten 4.5 lengths, over 1800m at Gold Coast. Well placed and should be tough to rein in. GUARDED OPTIMIST (2) closed off strongly last start to get up for second, beaten one length, over 1800m at Eagle Farm. Among the better chances. PENNIES DESTINY (9) ran a better race last start, finishing 2.75 lengths away in fifth over 1600m at Tuncurry. Worth noting Noriyuki Masuda goes aboard. Best efforts measure up so worth another chance.
