Has never been out of the placings at the third run in so he looks very hard to beat. SAGANTI (3) started favourite when resuming but found a couple better over 1600m at Hawkesbury. Looks well placed stepping out in trip. Should be in the finish again. ROMA AVENUE (9) is a distance specialist who missed the placings two runs back then didn't feature last start when 7 lengths away in ninth over 1800m at Hawkesbury after being prominent at the corner. This looks a sterner test than last time but on his best form he is capable of testing his rivals. STATE OF AMERICA (4) has progressed nicely in his last couple of runs. Finished third at Randwick Kensington two starts back then scored by a nose last time out over 1600m at Hawkesbury. Has his share of talent. Hard to beat in this suitable race.
